Term**:Seasonal position that could lead to full time and to a Supervisor Role**

Wage & Schedule**:$17 to $18.25 per hour, 40 hours a week,** **daytime, evenings and weekends**

**SUMMARY**:
Outside Service Attendant is responsible for member/guest satisfaction. As a representative for Crown Isle Resort & Golf community’s golf operations, you are on the frontline and outgoing. You have a desire to provide excellent guest service and are a strong problem solver. You work well on your own and are task oriented.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greeting guests and members and looking after their needs
- Ensuring members clubs and pull carts are staged and ready for the day
- Staging golf carts and making sure they meet the high standards of Crown Isle Golf Resort and are clean and ready to go for our guests and members
- Monitoring the driving range and practice facility
- Exceptional knowledge of the course so you can answer questions and offer solutions
- Keeping Outside services area clean and organized
- Communicating with golf shop to ensure guest and member’s needs are met
- Oversee day to day operations with limited supervision
- Closing duties - clean and put away carts, member’s bags, and lock everything up

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You are outgoing, organized and a self-starter. You are confident in making decisions and finding solutions. Some golf experience is good but not necessary. You have a good grasp of time management and communicating your needs to your team.
- Physical Demands: Lifting heavy bags (30 to 40lbs) repeatedly over the course of a shift. There are also other tasks that require the ability to lift and do physical activities throughout the course of your workday.

**COMPENSATION**:
Competitive compensation plus free golf at Crown Isle Golf Resort and Crown Isle The Park, use of practice facilities and attractive discounts for friends and family. Also including the use of resort’s fitness center, discounts in the golf store and a meal discount on (40%) and (20%) off shift. Benefits available after 6 months.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, it is understood that employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community.

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
