Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the salon.
- Provide hospitality to visitors and direct them to the waiting area
- Answer, screen, and book appointments from incoming phone calls
- Enter basic and accurate information on computer about customer appointments
- Handling daily cash out and daily money transactions
- Receive, daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and poster making.

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., scanner and printer)
- Professional, positive attitude and appearance
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with accounting software
- Previous work in hair salon environment
- Familiarity with salon booking systems
- Customer support experience to assist guests effectively
- Administrative skills for managing office tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
