**About Faber**

Faber is a platform which directly connects construction companies to local construction workers looking for temporary or full-time work, operated by a passion for providing a more transparent, reliable, and accountable way for both employers and employees to connect with each other.

**About the Role**

We are immediately hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our Vancouver team. This role will conduct site visits and face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients from the local construction industry to find sales leads and contracts. You will be relied on to act as a brand representative for Faber, creating new relationships and maintaining existing ones while selling Faber's temporary labour solutions.

**Role Description**

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have the opportunity to generate sales from new and existing clients. You will be responsible for setting up meetings, presenting Faber’s temporary labour solutions, determining potential sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting on contract close.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively generate new sales leads within the local construction industry, with the intention of creating long term relationships with clients who will utilize Faber's temporary labour platform on a consistent basis
- Schedule face-to-face site visits and meetings with clients while acting as Faber’s brand representative
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, ensure client labour needs are being met and any issues are quickly addressed
- Present Faber’s temporary labour solutions to clients and pursue contracts
- Support with closing contracts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Support with ensuring sales targets are met

**Skills and Requirements**
- **Must have experience in account management or sales in the Vancouver construction industry**:

- Ability to visit client offices and construction sites all over the Metro Vancouver region
- Experience in temporary labour or construction sales
- Desire to pursue business opportunities and generate new clients
- Strong time management and ability to create your own schedule and tasks without much oversight
- Strong understanding of construction and how to sell to clients within the construction industry
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with key clients
- Proficiency with CRM and IT tools, experience with Hubspot
- Desire to continue developing as a sales leader in the construction industry
