Foreign Exchange Teller

**Main Job Purpose**:
The Foreign Exchange Teller is responsible for buying and selling foreign currencies and selling additional products to customers, while providing exceptional customer service at all times. Speaking French is advantageous, but not mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Buy and sell foreign currencies.
- Provide money transfer services.
- Up-sell and cross-sell currency and company products
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Follow all company and security procedures.
- Balance the till accurately.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skill Required**:

- Counting and adding large numbers in high speed, as well as working with large sums of cash.
- Verbal and written communication.
- Customer service.
- Working as a team.
- Problem solving.
- Selling and up-selling of products.
- Ability to sit / stand for long periods of time.

**Knowledge Required**:

- Foreign currencies, precious metals, phone cards, and travel insurance.
- Banking procedures.
- Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
