At The Aqua Life Swim Academy, we are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused Client Care Representative to join our team. Our environment is fast-paced, supportive and fun.

**This role is for you if you are**:

- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with high levels of accuracy

- Dedicated to providing a meaningful customer experience
- Adaptable, energetic, and have a positive attitude.
- All about providing excellent customer service with great written and verbal communication skills in English (French considered an asset).

**In this role you will**:

- Oversee the quality and success of the sales and customer service operations of The Aqua Life including sales functions, customer service and online orders.
- Track of new inquiries and following up within 24hrs to accurately assess client’s needs, answer questions and facilitate registration as well as make recommendations for equipment or program they (or their child) might need
- Provide weekly audits to the Operations Manager of notes, registration/withdrawal log and other KPIs
- Communicate with instructors, current clients and potential clients
- Communicate accurately and precisely all class scheduling and scheduling changes to clients, instructors, and Aqua Life management

**We would like to hear from you if you**:

- Have experience within the hospitality industry, or recreational and sports sectors in a client facing role or sales
- Experienced with CRM (Hubspot), and with MS Office, Google Drive
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication and problem solving skills
- Have experience working independently and have a background in the Hospitality industry within a client facing role, or a customer service/sales role within the Leisure and Recreational industry
- Are self-motivated and driven

**You will need**:

- High speed internet (at own cost)
- Proficient with Google suite (Sheets, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Calendar etc.)
- Access to a laptop/desktop to work from home.

**We provide with**:

**Schedule**: Sunday through Thursday 9-5pm
