: Reporting to the Resident Care Manager, The Nursing Supervisor is accountable for the highest standards of resident care and quality of life as provided through the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate care plans, and effective supervision and performance of nursing staff. Duties include the coordination and scheduling of resident care in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, practices and regulations of TBG, as well as maintaining an atmosphere conducive to achieving the optimal health and welfare of both residents and staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current registration with CARNA/CRPNA
- Minimum of 5 years continuing care experience with comprehensive knowledge of nursing and care practices as they relate to long term care
- Experience in demonstrating progressive leadership and hands on approach to monitoring and evaluating resident care
- Supervisory experience required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Provides clinical leadership, direction, supervision, and mentoring of the nursing team and plays a key role in the support of an integrated approach to providing exceptional resident health care, health promotion

and maintenance
- Promotes client-centered care and meets client needs by working together with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to establish care goals; teaching and supporting clients and family in their understanding of disease, medications and care provision
- Ensures successful on-boarding, training and education of RNs and LPNs, and care aids

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
