**Field Technical & Construction Coordination Manager**

**JOB SUMMARY**: Responsible for supervision and management of field crews for assigned Client Projects. Accountable for managing the overall field performance, including scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction within the Canadian Broadcast and Wireless Industry

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide oversight with site construction projects.
- Direct and supervise assigned Field Leads and staff as needed.
- Ensure the correct level and talent of field crews are allocated to projects as needed.
- Validate with Project Managers on detailed material lists and scope of services lists from BOM.
- Track Customer provided materials and insured accuracy.
- Ensure timely construction material/equipment site call-out and delivery.
- Report project status and performance data as required to management.
- Review project costs for accuracy of time, materials, and subcontractors with local area Manager
- Order all rental equipment and parts needed for projects and ensure it is returned in a timely fashion.
- Comply with Customer specifications on all site construction by detailed coordination, review, and approval of all documentation including but not limited to construction reports, grounding reports, and as built.
- Perform mandatory site safety inspections and site audits to insure conformity.
- Monitor and report performance of projects by ensuring full utilization of tracking tools and reports, observation of and attendance at progress meetings, and direct interaction with personnel and management for feedback.
- Attend customer on site visits and pre-construction meetings on site as needed.
- Willingness to travel out of town to job sites and locations and needed on Temp basis.
- Assist with Job cost and budgetary proposals.
- Create and submit Customer required site documents.
- Attend the First & Last-day-of-Construction site visits.
- Ensure Close Out packages are completed on time for the customer.
- Ensure compliance with Customer specifications on all site construction.
- Ensure procurement & asset tracking requirements of all materials of each project.
- Ensure permitting, inspections, and code compliance are completed as needed for each assigned project.
- Scheduling multiple crews for multiple jobs.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Technical Installation & Construction Management role within the Wireless Telecommunications and Broadcast Industry.
- Previous experience in the technical installation of telecommunication, broadcast, and wireless equipment
- Experience in New wireless Network installations, testing, trouble shooting and commissioning.
- Previous Wireless System Testing and integration (DC, Fiber, Coax, Antennas, Radios etc.)
- Proven sophisticated understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.
- Ability to manage multiple project types simultaneously.
- Effective communicator, written and oral with the ability to present to management.
- Previous experience managing multifunctional direct reports and tracking documents.
- Financial knowledge, ability to define/track project/program financials such as Budget, Margin, Invoicing, Revenue recognition.
- Ability to track all active orders and change orders to individual projects as needed on a site-by-site basis.
- Process and detail Oriented
- Strong computer skills, MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

**Salary**: $29.00-$39.00 per hour
