Jr. Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide bookkeeping and financial services using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll.
- Assist with tax preparation and financial planning for clients.
- Manage and create content for RSLV Consulting's social media platforms using Canva.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Business, Accounting, Management or related.
- 2+ years experience working in an administrative capacity
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll.
- Experience with Canva for social media content creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial practices, and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to meet with clients in Chatham-Kent and perform some work remotely.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a part-time, casual position with flexible hours.
- There is potential for this role to expand into a full-time position.

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
