**Key Qualifications**:
- Valid **Basic Security Training (BST)** license.
- **Occupational First Aid Level 2 (OFA2)** certification.
- Availability to work **two flexible shifts**: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00 AM, with the potential for fixed shifts 2-3 days per week. Flexibility to work any day, Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid **driver’s license**.
- Proficiency with computers and various technologies.
- Strong decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
**Your Role**:
As a **Floater Security Professional**, you will step in wherever and whenever required, providing reliable support across various sites and situations. This role is ideal for someone quick to adapt and eager to learn in diverse environments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and patrol designated sites (foot and vehicle patrols).
- Ensure property, asset, and personnel safety.
- Log credentials, visitor information, and incidents in detail.
- Operate and **monitor CCTV** and other security technologies.
- Secure site assets using locks and other tools.
- Quickly assess and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Flexibly adapt to new tasks and environments based on site-specific needs.
