**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Offer free training sessions to current customers on proper use of the EvacuB during an emergency evacuation situation conducted through Zoom or Teams
- Provide excellent customer service by overseeing the sales process from start to finish. (This includes providing quotes to processing the sale, shipping, delivery confirmation, and any potential training or instruction materials they require)
- Source and research potential new clients from the internet, social media or other networks in Emergency Preparedness
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts for management review
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales/telemarketing or related field is a must
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English (other languages are a bonus)
- Strong negotiation and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation of goods across Canada, US and internationally is ideal but not a requirement
- Exceptional time management, organization and follow-up skills

We are looking for a Sales Representative to actively seek out new business using an established client list selling our EVACU B chairs to hospitals as well as quote/bid/tender contracts to generate new sales for our security products. Expected hours: 34.5 per week
