**Summary**

The Product Manager is a senior level resource who is the primary point of contact for customer feature requests with the responsibility of developing concise accurate actionable problem statements for all customer feature request. They need to maintain a close working relationship with the corresponding product managers to ensure there is alignment between the feature request and the overall product strategy. The Product Manager is also experienced collaborating with customers.

Functions:
Communicator: Knows how to tailor a message to a wide variety of stakeholders to obtain consensus between parties.
Product Voice: Represents the strategy of the product.
Executor: Manages the team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

What you will be doing:

- Provides guidelines and mentors product owners on the team; and is responsible for the team’s objectives, development, training, and performance management.
- Facilitates workshops to identify and solidify requirements/use cases
- Understand the art of the possible in WJ suite to identify and suggest process changes and workarounds
- Maintains an open and consistent communication channel with PM/PO to align ensure all changes in approach and solutions meet the overall product strategy
- Understands and can communicate all aspects of product life cycle for their projects, including but not limited to estimation process, writing user stories & acceptance criteria, issues, etc.
- Responsible for their team delivering a quality product within the agreed scope
- Must be able to travel 25% to 50%
- Ability to work across multiple time zones including supporting Aus
- Other responsibilities as assigned
