Financial Chief

**Job Duties**:

- Review the current and recent financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and propose for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions;
- Once the proposals get approved by senior management, develop and establish new policies, procedure and financial system to compatible with listing work;
- Advise on financial and budgeting based on analysis and estimation on the trends in capital market, notify the senior management if any concerns or risks are found or foreseen;
- Set up profitability standards for investment activities and deal with mergers, acquisitions and business financing;
- Lead, supervise, plan and organize the operation of accounting, audition and investments; evaluate and analyze the performance of financial staffs and hold meeting on time to review work;
- Conduct and coordinate in preparing financial statements, financial analyst, interim reports and regular reports (annual reports, semi-annual report, quarterly report announcement) in accordance with the relevant statutory procedures;
- Responsible for communication and liaison with investors, financial analyst, securities regulation institutions and financial intermediaries, and handle related affairs;
- Assist the senior management in the research, planning, organization and implementation of listing work, and study the dynamics of listed companies in related sectors;
- Participate in recruiting and training new financial staffs.

**Requirements**:
1. Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related fields is required.

2. Three or up years experience in management is required.

3. Four or more years in financial industry in related is required.

**Salary**: $91,000.00 per year
