Looking for a responsible and mature individual to assist with childcare and home management Monday-Friday (accommodations optional). Responsibilities: - taking care of a 9 month old - 3 year old - goes to daycare for majority of the time - cooking - cleaning - laundry Compensation: - accommodation - food - monthly stipend of **$2000 with potential for $400 bonus per month**

**Duties**:

- Provide attentive and responsible care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Engage in age-appropriate activities and play with the children to promote their development and learning
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences
- Assist with homework and educational activities to support the children's academic progress
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime
- Follow any specific instructions or routines provided by the parents regarding the children's care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and parents
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and responsibly
- Reliable transportation to commute to the family's location

**Skills**:

- Childcare: Experience in caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and older children
- Meal Preparation: Ability to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences
- Cleaning: Capable of maintaining a clean and organized environment while caring for children
- Education: Willingness to engage in educational activities with the children to support their learning and development
