**The Role**:
The position is full-time Account Associate that combines sales and customer services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Schedule meetings
- Determine client needs
- Book appointments for clients
- Complete call backs as required
- Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
- Adhere to all appointment booking guidelines

**What You Bring To The Team**:
QUALIFICATIONS:

- One year + of work experience in a fast-paced office setting
- Experience with cold calling
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to
- Effectively organize tasks and manage time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome,
- Strong scheduling and appointment-setting skills
- 1+ years inside sales experience/call center environment

**Experience**:

- An outstanding personality and positive attitude
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent communication and listening skills

Competitive pay structure
- $22-$26.00 per hour dependent on experience
- Commission and bonuses for on-target earnings
- Monday-Friday

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
