**Position Overview**:
As a Warehouse Manager at Supplynow, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse & delivery operations. You will manage inventory, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to make a significant impact on our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet customer requirements.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of warehouse supplies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Manage deliveries and vendor pick ups
- Safe operation of a motor vehicle
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Class G Drivers License with at least 5 years of experience.
