As an HR Supervisor, reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Skyline Living HR Associate team. This includes developing, maintaining, and communicating company policies, practices and procedures throughout the team to ensure customer service excellence to our internal stakeholders, and a strong corporate culture while maintaining focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities. You will demonstrate your commitment to building a strong Human Resource service team through planning, implementing and evaluating employee performance through best practices.

**What we look for**:

- An employment legislation guru with the ability to effectively interpret and apply, as well as an understanding of human resource theory, practice and procedure (employment law is fun for you not a cure for insomnia)
- Someone who can deal with the tough stuff. As a consummate HR professional, you know that considerable tact and discretion is required in dealing with employees, managers and external enforcement authorities on safety issues.
- Organization is your middle name - nothing gets missed or misplaced under your watch.
- A sense of humour (think dry, witty, sarcastic). Without it, how else do we get through the tough stuff?
- Ability to provide manager level coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations issues.
- Post-Secondary Education (HR Diploma/Degree) and 3 years’ HR Generalist experience OR relevant combination of education and experience.
- CHRP/CHRL and 1 year supervisory experience an asset.
