**ROLE SUMMARY**:
An exciting and fun opportunity for someone with a strong focus on PowerBI skills, dashboard testing and
maintenance to join our BI team at Right To Play. Collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence (BI)
Analyst, you will gain valuable experience in analyzing and visualizing data using Power BI to support in the
development, maintenance, and testing of RTP’s BI infrastructure and dashboards.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
1. **Dashboard Testing**: Conduct thorough testing of Right To Play dashboards to ensure data accuracy,
functionality, and responsiveness. Identify and report any issues or bugs encountered during testing and
work closely with the BI Analyst to resolve them.

1. **Dashboard Maintenance**: Monitor the performance and usability of existing Power BI dashboards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance user experience and data
integrity.

2. **DAX Development**: Design and develop DAX formulas and calculations to support data analysis and
reporting needs. Utilize DAX functions to manipulate, transform, and aggregate data for accurate and
meaningful analysis.

3. **Data Validation and Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance checks
to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and visualizations. Troubleshoot and resolve any data
- related issues that may arise.

4. **Documentation**: Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Prepare clear and
concise documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

5. **Data Analysis**: Collaborate with the team to understand data requirements and objectives. Analyze
complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING (ESSENTIAL):
- Completed or enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science,

Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge or experience in testing and quality assurance of BI dashboards.
- Familiarity in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data modeling, calculations, and transformations.
- Experience working with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel
