We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Woodbridge location.

**QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB**:

- Minimum of **5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.**:

- Minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.**:

- Industrial **Electrician/Mechanic License** or equivalent technical certification/diploma.
- Ability to manage and motivate experienced maintenance personnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in operating various production equipment (e.g., **stamping presses, injection molding machines, welders, robotics, and general assembly).**:

- Excellent knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with **PLC controlled equipment.**:

- Good understanding of **electrical and mechanical maintenance**.
- Ability to prioritize breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
- Willingness to be on-call and delegate tasks during crisis situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with **mínimal supervision.**:

- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure

**MAIN DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES OF JOB**:

- Delegate and supervise labor utilization, ensuring efficiency and accurate recording.
- Communicate essential company information, including production priorities.
- Manage schedules, weekend coverage, and follow-up on breakdowns.
- Assist in troubleshooting with shift mechanics and electricians.
- Collaborate in design reviews, APQP meetings, and capital spending decisions.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and order as needed.
- Contribute to performance appraisals, goal setting, and worker safety.
- Promote continuous improvement and implement preventative maintenance.
- Conduct safety talks, address unsafe acts, and maintain good housekeeping.
- Analyze data, communicate with the production team, and comply with company policies and regulations.

**Salary**: $45.00-$48.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
