ICBC accredited Autobody shop is looking for an Automotive Paint Prepper.

**Duties**:

- Prepare vehicles for painting by performing various tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Mix paints and other materials according to established formulas
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint
- Inspect finished paint jobs for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Paint Prepper or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and painting techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in automotive painting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pitt Meadows, BC V3Y 2M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- auto body repair: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Red Seal license (preferred)
