The Room Inspector will inspect the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces and see that all personnel who are performing housekeeping operations carry out their assignments in accordance with the established housekeeping cleanliness standards.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
1. Lead by example in the 4 C’s of Living Water Resorts Service Excellence.
2. Communicate in a professional manner maintaining good relationships, listens and responds appropriately.
3. Maintains and delivers a “no compromise” attitude towards providing the highest possible level of Hospitality, Quality and Value to the guest.
4. Handles guest complaints concerning housekeeping service or refers any issues to management.
5. Notifies the maintenance department of any needed repairs in all guest rooms and public spaces.
6. Inspects all vacant ready rooms at the beginning of the day for condition and possible occupancy.
7. Helping guests and fellow team members in every way possible when called upon and does it willingly and pleasantly.
8. Lists and itemizes lost and found items. Return to guests in accordance with Living Water Resorts standards.
9. Reports and delivers valuables found to the Housekeeping office.
10. Inspects all rooms after they have been cleaned by the room attendants to ensure all housekeeping policies and standards have been met.
11. Approves all checked rooms for occupancy and ensures every cleaned room is 100% to the standards prior to placing them back in the system for occupancy,
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Ability to read, speak and understand the English language
- At least one year of experience in a housekeeping or laundry role

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Physical requirements necessary include walking, standing, bending, lifting, sitting, reaching and typing on a computer for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 ponds on occasion
