**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We're looking for a a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor at Cleantech Service Group. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing janitorial/ caretaking operations at various client sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff at multiple client sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet job requirements.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate scheduling to meet client needs and optimize efficiency.
- Drive to different client sites as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in janitorial or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
- Willingness to work weekends in addition to Monday to Friday schedule.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
