Intelcom is a company committed to the continuous improvement and optimization of its services to its employees, partners and customers. In order to keep pace with our continued growth, we are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join the team at our Montreal HUB station.

- Participate in hands-on training by shadowing salespeople as they install systems.
- Manage ongoing data analysis and review to ensure efficiency is maintained.
- Participate in establishing the maintenance plan for our automated sorting process and related equipment.
- Carry out mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required.
- Manage and analyse key performance indicators.

What do you need to succeed?
- 1 year or more of relevant experience in the electromechanical field.
- College diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Acceptance of change and a continuous improvement mindset.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and identify problems and implement solutions.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
