Our Learning and Leadership team works closely with our Business Partners and Leadership to create, deploy, and manage learning and development experiences. **a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Support the on-going enhancement and delivery of a world-class learning experience by optimizing our learning platform, to ensure simple and seamless access to learning for our complex global workforce.
- Elevate and scale our learning platform governance model to balance the needs of local markets to achieve their strategic learning goals with the need for consistency and standardization.
- Lead and develop the Learning Platform Coordinator team.
- Research, triage, and lead the resolution of user and platform functionality issues, including monitoring problems/usage, identifying trends, investigating solutions, providing resolution, and generating reports.
- Consult on platform functionality, partner to understand business needs, and recommend solutions to ensure all requirements and needs are met.
- Support the design and development of meaningful reporting that enables stakeholders to drive lululemon’s learning and development goals.
- Lead the Learning Platform maintenance/data integrity activities, including system audits, bi-annual system data cleanups, and manual user profile/learning history updates.
- Help to establish a global learning ecosystem of suppliers and providers, integrated into our learning platform and management of those vendors accordingly.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a persona based wholistic UX learning experience that meets learners where they are.

qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of learning platform experience, Docebo an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate learning design; eLearning standards, tools, and blended learning approaches.
- Experience with third party content providers, ideally LinkedIn Learning.
- Demonstrated capabilities in leading people.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills for working with individuals at all levels within the organization with a client focused mindset.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify, and then implement solutions.
- Strong experience with Articulate products, virtual classroom software, Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to quickly acquire working knowledge of system integrations (e.g., Workday, SailPoint, Power BI, etc.) as applicable.
