**Job Description Summary**:
In this position, you will support the Quality Control team to maintain the quality and compliance of STEMCELL cell separation solutions You will plan and perform experiments and assays, analyze data, report your findings, and work with your team on short and long term company projects. You will work closely and collaboratively with a growing team, while using a variety of techniques and assays to test cell separation products. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan and perform experiments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), including collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports
- Design, perform, and troubleshoot non-routine analysis under the supervision of senior team members
- Participate in and comply with the STEMCELL Quality Management System (QMS), using standard documentation to track results and report issues
- Work collaboratively, both within the team and with other departments, to troubleshoot issues, present and communicate results, and provide feedback on cell separation methods
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- BSc degree or equivalent in biological sciences or related field, with 0-2 years of experience in biotechnology of pharmaceutical industry
- Practical experience with mammalian cell culture, including flow cytometry and cell separation experience is highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting your own data to small and large groups and writing reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail required
- Experience working collaboratively and with cross-functional teams desired

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$56,270.00 - $76,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
