**REPRÉSENTANT MÉDICAL - EMT/ Paramédic/ RPN/ LPN**

Notre client est une entreprise Fortune 500 à la recherche d'un représentant médical qui fournira des fonctions telles que : les premiers soins aux employés blessés ou malades et analysera de manière proactive les tâches pour les problèmes de sécurité potentiels.

**Lieu : Lachenaie, QC**

**Date de début : dès que possible**

**Durée : 2 mois - possibilité de prolongation ou de permanence**

**Horaire : lundi, mardi, jeudi vendredi de 18h00 à 04h30.**

**Responsabilités professionnelles**:
Fournir un triage, un premier et ou un renvoi à un fournisseur de soins médicaux extérieur, si indiqué Tenir à jour tous les dossiers de traitement donné aux associés. Entretenir les trousses de premiers soins, faire l'inventaire des fournitures, réapprovisionner et nettoyer l'équipement utilisé pour le traitement des associés. Fournir des journaux d'activité quotidiens à l'équipe de sécurité et à l'équipe de direction. Fournir une analyse mensuelle de tous les incidents sur site, y compris des recommandations sur la façon de réduire le risque et la gravité des blessures « Temps de parole » fréquent pour interagir avec les associés et les gestionnaires. Assister et prendre la parole lors de réunions de « démarrage ». Initier et maintenir les dossiers d'indemnisation des accidents du travail, le cas échéant. Mettre à jour le tableau de communication avec des conseils médicaux et de sécurité Assister aux réunions hebdomadaires du comité de sécurité des associés, accueillir toutes les nouvelles recrues pour le site, soit au sein d'un groupe lors de l'orientation des nouvelles recrues, soit par le biais d'une interaction individuelle. participer, au besoin, aux enquêtes sur les incidents et aux réunions hebdomadaires d'examen de la gestion des cas.

**Qualifications**:
Titres valides en EMT, PCP, RN ou RPN dans la province où vous exerceriez Doit avoir une carte valide attestant de la réussite d'un cours de RCR au niveau Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (Association canadienne de cardiologie) ou Sauveteur professionnel (Croix-Rouge canadienne) Capacité à communiquer les besoins de sécurité à tous les niveaux de l'organisation Solides compétences analytiques : analysez les données sur les accidents, les nouveaux processus et les machines pour les problèmes de sécurité potentiels et effectuez des analyses des risques professionnels et de la sécurité au travail. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 2 ans et plus d'expérience en tant qu'EMT/RN/RPN à temps plein répondant aux appels d'urgence

**COMPÉTENCES PRÉFÉRÉES**:
Certifié pour enseigner les premiers soins, la RCR et le DEA Licence Expérience dans la direction et la gestion d'une équipe Expérience avec les réglementations OSHA Expérience avec l'indemnisation des accidents du travail

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
