- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper change is given.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the Bartending or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Have a valid “Serving it Safe” License.
- Have a valid 'Smart Choices" License.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of safety standards and proper beverage handling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
