Fenelon Falls Brewing Co. is looking for Servers to join their growing team.

The role of a Server with Fenelon Falls Brewing Co. is to create an exceptional customer service experience for all our guests. If you are passionate about great customer service and the craft beer industry and knowledgeable about the local Fenelon Falls area, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating experiences by providing outstanding customer service to all of our guests
- Guide guests through the food and beverage menus by making suggestions based on knowledge of our craft beer and cooking procedures in our kitchen
- Be an ambassador of Fenelon Falls Brewing Co. by representing the brand in a professional manner
- Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams
- Complete all opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, organizing and serving and bartending duties as instructed

**Qualifications**
- Passion for craft beer and the Fenelon Falls area, with an interest to share your knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Active listening skills to accurately respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with FOH restaurant positions an asset
- Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Smart Serve training considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fenelon Falls, ON K0M 1N0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- serving: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
- ProServe (preferred)
