The primary **responsibilities** of this position are:

- Work closely with assigned outside reps to grow the revenue base
- Minimum of 15 outbound calls per day
- mix of cold calls/ prospecting, account reviews, conflict resolution & past customers.
- Call notes to be updated in our system that same day
- Review quotes to identify opportunities
- Provide customer demos on our online platform
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports

The person we are looking to hire will have the following **qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills through the phone
- Comfortable using Google Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt when dealing with challenging circumstances, customer demands, last minute requests and deadlines
- Post Secondary School - Diploma or Degree (required)
