In keeping with the Covenant Health’s Mission and Values and as an integral member of the Nutrition, Food, Linen and Environmental Services (NFLES) team, the Supervisor is responsible for organizing and supervising the activities which support the provision of quality services to patients, residents and customers. The Supervisor recruits, orientates, coordinates training, supervises, evaluates and manages the performance of area employees. You are responsible for monitoring operational targets and making adjustments in daily work to achieve those targets, ensuring safe work practices and ensuring the safe functioning of area equipment. The supervisor leads and/or participates in departmental meetings and programs, and performs other duties as required. Tasks are completed using electronic programs whenever available. All tasks are to be completed with mínimal supervision, and following all applicable policies and standard operating procedures. This position is non-unionized.

**Required Qualifications**:
RequirCompletion of post-secondary education in a management field, including but not limited to Food Services Management, Hospitality Management, or Human Resources Management.ed Qualifications: Please enter information in this field.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Minimum 2 years recent experience in a supervisory capacity. Minimum 3 years experience of related health care experience. (Experience in all sectors preferred: Production, Patient Meal Service, Environmental Services). Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment.
