**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Work in collaboration with ROOTS Council members to ensure the successful administration
of the ROOTS Community Fund.
- Make recommendations and suggestions for funding support upon consideration of the
- Promotion of the ROOTS Council and Trillium’s Community Support initiatives.

coverage to effectively message the organization, its core values and commitment to funding
community programs.

**Who You Are**:

- An individual with a passion for the agriculture and food industries and rural life.
- A team player with a demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and decision making skills.
- Previous experience with local volunteerism and community fundraising.
- Dedicated to corporate social responsibility and philanthropy.
- Creative and innovative.
- Community leadership experience an asset.
- Background in mental health, non-profit or social enterprise is desirable.
- With the goal to increase Trillium’s profile more broadly, the desired geography for this position is
any region within the province of Ontario.
