- Prepare and cook a variety of Hakka dishes with precision and authenticity.
- Exhibit mastery in the use of a wok and other traditional Hakka cooking techniques.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Keep track of ingredient quantities and reorder supplies as needed.
- Minimize waste by implementing effective inventory control measures.
- **Portion Sizing**:

- Accurately measure and portion ingredients to maintain consistency in dish presentation.
- Follow established portion control guidelines to manage food costs.
- **Kitchen Hygiene and Safety**:

- Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular cleaning of cooking equipment and utensils.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Hakka Cook or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of preparing high-quality Hakka dishes.
- **Culinary Skills**:

- Proficient in using a wok and other traditional Hakka cooking equipment.
- Strong understanding of Hakka cuisine and flavors.
- **Organization and Efficiency**:

- Ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Skill in portion sizing to control costs while maintaining quality.
- **Communication**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Fluent in English or other relevant languages.
- **Flexibility**:

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
