**The primary purpose of a Junior Project Coordinator on our Landscape Construction division is to efficiently handle all administrative tasks associated with landscape sales and landscape construction operations.**

**Ideal Qualities**:

- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Personable: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with sales teams, construction crews, and customers.
- High-Level Communication Skills: Excellent reading, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Hands-On Approach: Willingness to be hands-on when needed, especially in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Self-Starter: Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Project Management (diploma or work experience)
- “Entrepreneurial Spirit”
- Ability to read CAD blueprints and landscape designs
- 3-4 years industry experience
- Product knowledge
- Equipment experience
- Excellent ability to interact with customers and production crews
- Ability to accurately estimate labour and material costs

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
