M1/maintenance Lead

Calgary, Canada Regent Aircraft Services Inc. Full time

Regent Aircraft Services is a Calgary Based privately owned and operated company offering MRO Services to a variety of worldwide customers.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Lead based out of our Calgary, AB base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day leadership of the Maintenance Staff, ensuring tasks are distributed and performed in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance to Regent Aircraft Services Safety Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM), and the Canadian Aviation Regulations.
- Assess and allocate resources / manpower accordingly ensuring projects have necessary resources to maintain timelines.
- Assist in the review of applicable Aviation Directives and Service Bulletins for possible implementation.
- Provide technical assistance related to recurring defects and reliability.
- Report to the Maintenance Manager accurate and timely project progression reports.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- Valid AME M1 license required, with a minimum of five years of experience on DHC-6 Aircraft.
- Must be able to obtain a Restricted Airport Identification Card (RAIC).
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills. Corridor experience is an asset.
- Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, meeting constraining deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $16.68-$27.96 per hour
