**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed skin analyses to determine clients’ skincare needs and concerns.
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized treatments.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and recommend appropriate products based on individual skin types and conditions.
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the benefits of various treatments and products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest skincare trends, treatments, and products.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up care.
- Sell skincare products and meet sales goals as set by the management.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid state esthetician or cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a Skin Care Specialist or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Sales experience is a plus.

Pay: $30.00-$75.00 per hour
