The Motel Manager will be a live-in employee, and will monitor the operations of the establishment at all times or as required. This accommodation agreement will reflect the pay of the employee.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deal with customer complaints and problems.
- Perform all required cleaning duties.
- Develop new local marketing strategies for the business.
- Deal with vendors for the business.
