Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being.We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead a cross functional team working to translate product use cases and requirements to industry-leading design, architecture, and implementations. Reporting to Engineering Manager, other highlights include:- Provide ongoing guidance to developers on career growth, development standards and processes.
- Play a key role in recruiting and hiring the right talent.
- Continuously engage and improve engineers' performance by conducting recurring 1-1 meetings, knowing your people, managing career development.
- Lead your team in engineering best practices and ERS Engineering principles.
- Responsible for programming, unit testing, integration testing, documentation, maintenance and support of Product Components in adherence with ERS standards, processes and best practices.
- Lead your team, including Daily Scrums, retrospectives, planning, and grooming sessions, to operate and thrive as a high-performing team.
- Partner with your product owner to balance the business and technical priorities and the value of the architecture work.
- Execute and own the baseline architecture implementations and design activities collaborating with other Engineers & Engineering Team.
- Support defect management, code versioning, and code deployments.
- Ensure test coverage for unit testing and support integration and performance testing.
- Regularly communicate with leadership about risk analysis and design trade-offs.What you’ll need:- BSc. or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5+ years software development / engineering related experience.
- 2+ years in a Tech Lead role, preferably in the product organization
- Expert in one or more of the following code bases (C#,.NET frameworks, MVC).
- Proficiency in databases including writing stored procedures, queries and triggers. Experience in MS SQL and SSRS is desirable.
- Good in any of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, XML, CSS, LESS, SCSS.
- Experienced in GIT and Devops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conscientious, self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to design solutions and assumes major design or analysis responsibility.
