Service Writer

**On Your Way Marine** is searching for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating service appointments, understanding customer needs, preparing work orders, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the service process. Working closely with our service technicians, you will ensure that service jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Develop existing and new accounts. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability

**Responsibilities**:
*Act as the primary point of contact and communication liaison between customers and the dealership during the service process.

*Write-up Repair Orders and ensure that repairs are completed accurately and promptly.

*Maintain a close working relationship with Technicians, Sales Consultants, and Service and Parts personnel.

*Drive departmental sales of service and parts.

*Provide prompt assistance to internal and retail customers, ensuring quick access to needed parts and accessories.

*Assist in inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and sales tracking.

*Coordinate pickups and deliveries smoothly.

*Support both Parts and Service Departments seamlessly.

*End of day procedures.
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
