They are currently seeking a full-time **Site Supervisor** to join the team. _**Applicants should be willing to travel to various project locations across Ontario. This role may require out-of-town stays, with accommodation provided. **_The position reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for overall on-site management.
- **Qualifications**:_
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all personnel and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with consultants, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, governing authorities, and various company departments.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.

**Job Duties**:

- Oversee all on-site activities on a daily basis.
- Ensure productivity and monitor the efficiency of employees and subcontractors to maintain project schedules, planning, and budgets.
- Contribute to the creation of a construction “plan” and manage subcontractor activities.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and contract requirements.
- Supervise all construction and field engineering operations.
- Take responsibility for the project construction schedule, budgets, and system commissioning.
- Ensure all workmanship adheres to company and project standards.
- Ensure all on-site personnel comply with the BGL Contractors Health and Safety Program to create a safe working environment and meet all safety record-keeping requirements.
- Assist in resolving conflicts arising from work interference and schedule and budget difficulties.

Pay: $18.80-$33.54 per hour
