We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment to join our team in Calgary. As the first point of contact for clients, the Inside Sales Representative will demonstrate our culture and values, while educating customers on our variety of products in order to create a seamless and memorable customer experience.

**Customer Service**
- Greeting customers and answering calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Writing up and producing packing slips for pick-up, delivered, or direct transactions
- Advise customers on use and care of merchandise
- Maintain customer files assigned to you
- Responsible for successfully executing the CRM process

**Showroom**
- Keep abreast of new products
- Accept payment as outlined by Sales Policy and Procedure Manual
- Aid in the organization of showroom merchandise
- Review stocking levels and ensure quantity is reasonable
- Design Showroom for client purchase optimization
- Complete opening and closing tasks
- Create a safe and clean environment within the showroom for all clients and employees
- Attend and present updates at sales meetings, where applicable
- Check orders for accuracy
- Additional duties that may be assigned by the Sales or Branch Manager
- Follow all Company Policies & Procedures

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma is required, post-secondary is considered an asset.
- Sales experience and/or experience in the building supply industry is an asset.
- Quick learning capabilities.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills are required.
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed within a team environment are very important.
