The Coughy shop is a locally owned cannabis shop, being the first to offer complimentary coffee with each purchase, and we are looking to add some amazing employees to our team We are currently hiring a variety of budtender positions that include: part-time, full-time, team leaders and some casual positions - with the opportunity to grow within our company.

Budtender Responsibilities:

- Advising guests on cannabis products based on their preference and budget
- Knowledge of cannabis products on our menu and the ability to learn
- Processing customers’ payments using our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
- Educating customers on applicable laws and regulations regarding consumption in Saskatchewan
- Checking customers' legal non-expired identification to verify that they are of legal age
- Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked
- Ensuring all SLGA cannabis regulations are followed at all times
- Ensuring that the store cleaned and well-organized at all times
- Other duties as required

Budtender Requirements:

- Must be at least 19 years old or over
- Cannasell Certificate (available through Tourism Saskatchewan)
- Passionate about cannabis with the willing to learn
- Working knowledge of cannabis strains and products
- Proficiency in cash handling and customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
