**Position Objectives Summary**: To clean and maintain our buildings and grounds in a safe manner that meets company standards.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Gather and take out trash, sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
- Clean restrooms and lunchrooms by washing and sanitizing all toilets, sinks, kitchen areas and restocking disposables.
- Maintain outer premises by cleaning entrances and around the buildings to keep them free of trash and debris. Report damages and repairs to management
- Light maintenance

**Required Skills / Abilities**:

- Proven experience as a custodian or maintenance worker with a focus on building upkeep.
- Attention to detail, diligent, thorough and conscientious.
- Good physical endurance with the ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time.
- Punctual and reliable with the ability to work independently.
- Motivated and responsible with excellent time management skills.
- Able to clearly communicate with site employees and management.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license. Ability to travel between buildings on a weekly basis.
