Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing appointment calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet Visitors**: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- **Answer Phones**: Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage appointment bookings.
- **Maintain Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-presented.
- **Provide Information**: Offer accurate information to clients and visitors.
- **Assist with Administrative Tasks**: Help with filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties.

**Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
