**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various farm tasks such as planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops
- Operate farm machinery and equipment, including tractors
- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as weeding, and harvesting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm equipment and tools
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on farm machinery
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on the farm
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient farm operations

**Skills**:

- computer skills would be very helpful
- Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various farming tasks
- Basic mechanical knowledge for maintenance and repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on the farm
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities of seeds, fertilizers, etc.
- Experience with power tools for farm-related projects is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors or loaders is a plus
- 1A drivers license is a plus
- must be able to follow directions and be respectful

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6-8 months

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
