Devsecops Analyst I

We’re embarking on an exciting journey in our cyber and information security team Our team is growing, and we’re focused to bringing on recruiting experts who are committed to safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the resilience of our operations for our members, employees, and other key stakeholders. This includes protecting our security infrastructure, proactive threat monitoring, strengthening our policies and procedures, staying at the forefront of cybersecurity, and keeping our digital ecosystem safe and secure. **What you’ll do**
- Develop data models and related architectural artifacts for security.
- Identify security requirements for security infrastructure and business initiatives/projects.
- Embed security requirements into the solution design for projects.
- Interpret and use established and relevant information security requirements, policies, and risk profiles to inform solution architecture design to ‘shift security left.’
- Design robust and fault-tolerant security mechanisms to reduce likelihood and impact of risk.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement security automation tools and scripts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security controls.
- Collaborate with incident response and security teams to develop incident response plans specific to the DevOps environment.

**What you bring**
- 5 years’ experience in DevSecOps or information security engineering roles
- Skilled in running an in-house security operation, hybrid, or in the management of a third-party SOC vendor.
- Proficient experience with assessing and auditing network controls such as firewalls, IDS/IDP, DNS, VPN, 2-factor authentication, port/packet filtering, VLANs, physical and logical separation of network segments, security zoning, and traffic analysis.
- Proficient knowledge ISO 27001/2, COBIT and ITIL.
- Results and quality driven, and adaptable to change and a team orientated approach.
- Member of ISSA, ISACA or part of the local information security community(a plus).
- Proficiency with NIST, SABSA, TOGAF and other industry best practices(a plus).
- Familiarity with IT Risk Management frameworks and approaches (e.g., Risk IT, etc.).
