**Responsibilities**
- Educating patients about the best eyewear and lenses choices for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best in value and quality
- Assisting with selection of frames to suit patient’s aesthetic and performance needs
- Interpreting optical prescriptions as written by the optometrists
- Performing frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of eyewear
- Performing repairs and adjustments to patients’ eyewear
- Pre-testing for the eye doctor using machines such as OCT/IOP/VF.
- Previous optical sales/customer service experience
- Passionate about customer experience
- A great communicator in the English language who can provide exceptional patient care
- Good basic math skills
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high-performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A positive winning attitude
- Good computer knowledge
- Previous retail experience an asset
