Hairstylist/barber

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired haircut and style
- Provide professional haircare
- Offer recommendations on hair care products and provide retail sales support
- Sanitize tools and work area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

The Locker Room Hair Company offers a flexible schedule, with weekend rotations, and morning or evening shifts. Hours of business are Monday-Friday 9-5pm and Saturdays 9-5pm. Closed Sundays and statutory holidays. Our team works well together and is willing to help each other out when needed. We offer competitive commissions, and loyal clientele that give generous gratuities.

We are looking to fill 20-25 hours per week, with more available to cover busier seasons or vacation times.

**Salary**: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
