**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling with precision and creativity.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide expert advice on suitable hairstyles and grooming products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilizing tools and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Stay updated on current grooming trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for each visit.
- Contribute to the overall success of the barber shop by actively promoting services, participating in team meetings, and supporting a positive work culture.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a professional barber/stylist.
- Strong proficiency in a variety of barbering techniques including scissor cuts, clipper cuts, fades, and straight razor shaves.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele and provide personalized recommendations.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and styles in the barbering industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper sanitation and sterilization procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
- Valid barbering or hairstyling license in Ontario.
