**Job Details**

**Position Title**: Professor - Fashion Arts & Business / Cosmetic Management

**Status**:Full Time

**Faculty/Department**: Longo Faculty of Business

**Campus/Location**: North Campus

**Salary**:Academic starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience as detailed in the collective agreement for academic employees

**What you will do**:
The incumbent will teach a range of courses in our Fashion Arts and Business and Cosmetic Management programs at the introductory and advanced level. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to play an active role in curriculum development, including decolonization, along with student advising, student recruitment and graduate placement with an emphasis on supporting the Program Coordinator and Associate Dean. A business focus and team approach are stressed.

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**:
Minimum of a PhD (preferred) or Master’s degree in Fashion, Cosmetic or Retail Operations Management or relevant MBA

**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum seven years relevant Fashion/Cosmetic management industry experience coupled with strong background in global fashion history.
- Successful teaching or training experience with experience in decolonization of curriculum
- Demonstrated initiative, strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork with a high degree of attention and focus to detail.
