Produce Manager

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of the produce department, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising
- Ensure high-quality standards for all produce items
- Supervise and train department staff
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular quality checks
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized department
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail produce environment
- Strong knowledge of different types of produce and their seasonality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with budgeting, negotiating, and pricing strategies
- Proven track record in supervising and leading a team
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service

Pay: $34,327.39-$53,000.00 per year
