Artin Stays LTD., the short-term and mid-term rental division of Artin Holdings Inc., known in the market as Artin Properties, has adapted to changing regulations by transforming into a brokerage that now manages rentals across all tenures. With a specialized focus on STR and MTR, Artin Stays has carved out a niche in providing top-tier accommodations with the personal touch of home.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead operational strategies that align with our company’s mission and market position.
- Manage the daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and the upkeep of our property standards.
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies and maximize revenue across the STR and MTR segments.
- Provide leadership and direction to diverse teams, ensuring departmental goals are met.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set company-wide objectives, refine procedures, and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong background in STR, accommodations, or hotel management.
- Experience navigating the rental market's economics, with a firm grasp of pricing strategies.
- Demonstrable success in operational leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant senior management role.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
